Properties

Good self-lubricating property.

Excellent conductive properties, Resistance coefficient is 8-12 um.

High Thermal stability, low coefficient of thermal expansion.

Good chemical stability, it is not dissolved in organic or inorganic solution; it is not reacted with any

 solution of salt and alkali.

High thermal resistance, The melting point of graphite is up to 3650°C, No deformation under high temperature.

Applications

They have been used extensively in industries like solar, foundry, chemicals, electronics, ferrous metals,

 high-temp, heat conduction, metallurgy, lubrication, anti-corrosion .etc

Refractory material: widely used in the metallurgical industry.

Conducting material: In the electronics industry, widely used for graphite electrode, brush,, etc

Wear-resisting material and lubricant: Use graphite as wearresisting and lubrication materials,

 can be 100m/s speed sliding in - 200 ~ 2000  C temperature range , no or less lubricating oil.

Sealing material: it can be as sealing ring in the equipment, such as centrifugal pump, hydraulic 

turbine ,etc.

Anticorrosion material: Widely used in petroleum, chemical, hydrometallurgy departments.Insulation, 

high temperature resistant, radiation protection materials

Molds:  hot pressing molds, static casting molds, centrifugal casting molds, pressure  casting molds,

 fused refractory molds, etc.

Furnace parts:  resistance heating elements, induction susceptor, structural elements and charging 

plates, furnace linings, heat shields and covers for pulling monocrystalline silicon or optical fibers, etc.

Anodes for the electrolysis of metals. As graphite electrode plate and graphite anode plate .

Parts for heat exchangers.Machine to Crucibles for melting and reduction. Boats and trays for sintering.

Production Line.

We use this production line(as the following photos present) to produce the flexible graphite sheet.

This production line adopts international advanced technologies,

making us produce high quality flexible graphite sheet and

 having become a powerful tool for us to meet the different requirements of our customers.

Mixing Process.

In this process, the expandable graphite is poured into the mixer to be well mixed.And after the mixing

they go into the hopper.

Expansion Process.

   After mixing, the expandable graphite goes into the expansion stove to be high temperature expanded.

The S, chlorine and many other chemical elements are get rid of from the expandable graphite in the 

expansion stove.

The preliminary roll-forming of the flexible graphite sheet.

   After passing through the material pool, the flexible graphite sheet is preliminary formed. 

The adjusting process of the density and thickness of the flexible graphite sheet.  There are many groups 

of rolls in the production line.Through these rolls, the adjusting of the density and thickness is fulfilled.
