Properties

This production line adopts international advanced technologies,
making us produce high quality flexible graphite sheet and
having become a powerful tool for us to meet the different requirements of our customers.
Mixing Process.
In this process, the expandable graphite is poured into the mixer to be well mixed.And after the mixing
they go into the hopper.
Expansion Process.
After mixing, the expandable graphite goes into the expansion stove to be high temperature expanded.
The S, chlorine and many other chemical elements are get rid of from the expandable graphite in the
expansion stove.
The preliminary roll-forming of the flexible graphite sheet.
After passing through the material pool, the flexible graphite sheet is preliminary formed.
The adjusting process of the density and thickness of the flexible graphite sheet. There are many groups
of rolls in the production line.Through these rolls, the adjusting of the density and thickness is fulfilled.
